How do you determine your prices?
We have flat rates but prices can vary depending on # of pets, distance, # of visits,
time spent, and extra services.

services?
Our Pet Care Specialists give your pet one on one attention. We tailor our services to
fit the needs of you & your pets. Our experience, reliability, dedication, & heart
guarantee that your pets get the attention & training they need while your away!

What kind of benefits & results can I expect from your services?
Added exercise and attention coupled with keeping your pet on their routine will
keep your pet happier & healthier!!

Do you provide references?
Absolutely! Upon your request we provide you with a list of clients we have serviced.

How do I start the process of using your services?
You may start the process by either calling us or sending a service request form via
email.

After we take down your info and assess the services you need we set up a
"Meet & Greet" with one of our Pet Care Specialists. At that time as a new client we
will need paperwork such as a contract, vet release form, and detailed info on your
pet as well as any necessary keys.

Do I have to sign a contract?
Yes, we need a signed statement that you agree to let us into your home to care for
your animals as well as that you are aware of and agree to our policies/procedures.

Why do a Meet & Greet?
We want everyone to get acquainted and for you & your pet to be comfortable with
our services.

How am I billed and when is it due?
-All new clients are billed for 50% of the total booked services upfront & the other
50% will be due after the services are completed.
-Going forward all clients will be billed after the services are finished and invoices
are due upon receipt.
-
Weekly Clients are billed every two weeks.
-All clients have 10 days from receipt of the invoice to pay or late fees will incur.

How much notice do you need for cancellation?
For The Love Of Paws requires a 24 hour notice of cancellation. Less than 24 hours
will result in the client being billed for 50% of the booked services.
The reason we charge a cancellation fee is because we sometimes have to turn
away business in the time slots that you have reserved.

Where can I verify that you are insured?
We can provide you with the necessary paperwork showing that we are insured or
you can contact Pet Sitters Associates,LLC

How does the key situation work?  
At the "Meet & Greet" you can provide copies of your keys and we can either hold on
to them (secured in a safe place) for future services. We can also return them after
the services are done (a key return fee will be applied). Another option is to put a
lock-box outside of your home for your Pet Care Specialist to access.

Will my pet receive individual attention?
Yes, we do not walk your pet in "Packs" We want your pet receiving the utmost
attention and out of harms way.

Are there any extra costs on holidays?
For The Love Of Paws does charge extra on all national holidays.

Can you accommodate a last minute booking?
We do our best to schedule any and all last minute services. We will let you know
that day if we can accommodate you & your pet. Please note: For The Love Of Paws
requires a minimum of 72 hours to schedule a service for new clients & once you
become a repeat client all services must be scheduled within 24 hours of the first
visit or a "last minute booking fee" will be assessed.

Do you still walk dogs during the rain?
Absolutely, the rain won't stop us from giving your pet the exercise and attention they
need!
